SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Amplification Kit (All-in-one kit, multiple sizes)
LSK SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Amplification Kit is a colorimetric and semi-quantitative assay that works with the principle of Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) for the nucleic acid amplification along with a dye that is sensitive to the divalent cations. In the presence of nucleic acid amplification at 65°C, there is a variation in the divalent cations which results in the color change of the reaction from purple to blue. The time at which this color change happens helps to semi quantify the viral load present in the sample. SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Amplification Kit is an all-in-one kit that can be shipped and stored at room temperature.
Kit Size: 24 reactions/kit, 96 Reaction/kit (24 reactions/tube x 4)
The SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Amplification Kit is intended for research and education use only, not for any usage in diagnostic procedures.

Kits Components
Master Mix: Composed of reagents for efficient isothermal amplification of the nucleic acids.
Lysis Additive: Composed of substrate that lysis the cells to release the nucleic acid for amplification. This reagent will be used ONLY in sample preparation for SARS-CoV-2 detection using Direct Samples.
SARS-CoV-2 Primer Mix: These primers target both the Open Reading Frame (ORF1a) gene and envelope (E1) gene of the SARS-CoV-2 for efficient detection.
Internal Control Primer Mix (IC): This amplifies a part of the actin gene (ACTB) from the human nucleic acid to ensure the absence of inhibitors during the lysis of the cell and extraction of RNA procedure.
Positive control (PC): The addition of positive control to the reaction makes sure that the reaction conditions were satisfied if the positive control turns positive. The tube includes the gene of SARS and Actin for internal control.
Protocols: Nucleic Acid Amplification with and without RNA extraction
